Care of Creation:  Faith and the Environment  

The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof.  But the mess is ours.

Right now, untold families live in massive garbage dumps that dot the planet.  The earth is shrouded and shrinkwrapped in plastic.  Some of us are suffocated by stuff, while 2/3s of us doesn't have enough nearly enough stuff.  Clean water is hard to come by.  Climate change is making it all worse.

It's time to clean up our act and restore God's good Creation.  To pass on a  liveable planet to the next generations.

The good news is that the moral and spiritual framework needed to help us do so can be found in the Bible.  From beginning to end, the Bible is firmly grounded in the wonder and glory of creation!  In fact, throughout the 66 books of the Bible, the drama of salvation is played out within the realm of creation.
