Diversity at Work
Workshop

Take a look at the people in the pew next to you.  Or at the desk next to yours.  Diversity is all around us--even when it appears that the group is homogenous.

In addition to racial and ethnic diversity, cultural, religious, socioeconomic, gender, sexual orientation, language, shape and size diversity impact us as well. How you handle that diversity may indicate how happy and successful you will be in the 21st century.

Using the innovative assessment, Discovering Diversity Profile by Inscape Publishing, this interactive, fun and media-rich  workshop helps you explore your own viewpoints in four key areas:  knowledge, understanding, acceptance and behavior.

Once you identify your current attitudes about diversity at work, you'll get to understand how your perspective and behavior affects others.  Specific suggestions will help you re-think stereotypes, reduce conflict, and embrace diversity as a strength.

This workshop is designed for organizations and individuals interested in developing interpersonal relations.  By gently drawing out your knowledge, feelings and understanding of the various human qualities basic to people with whom we work, you willl grow in your ability to relate to others.
